It is best to ship orders on Monday or Tues, for Saturday deliveries there is an additional charge of $18.00 FedEx standard overnight service were available. Canada and Alaska surcharge not included. Winter packing consist of one layer of foam insulation. Please keep advised of weather conditions affecting shipments destination. We ship on the date specified unless you advise us to postpone shipping until conditions improve. Carriers do not warrant against temperature damage and we cannot issue credit on cold damages. Should any specific item not be available on your ship date we will substitute at equal or greater value.
